Yesterday, April 19, the area qualifiers left for their meet in White Deer. Five male athletes and five female athletes advanced to the regional meet in Levelland. It is disappointing that I didnt move on, but it was a good experience, Adrian Hendricks said.
The Regional Qualifiers are
seniors- Carson Ritter, Jeff Marshall and Cody Kling 
juniors- Jamey Germany and Lauren Kuehler
sophomores- Corbin Ruthardt, Cutter Babcock, Sydney Ritter and Madison Friemel and
freshman- Ginna Miller.

Tigers and Tigerettes traveled to White Deer ISD for the track meet March 24. They left at 8:30 this morning and wont return until later this afternoon. Even thought we are battling wind, illnesses, and minor injuries we are competing and working hard, Coach Nichole Black said. There are many things to expect for the Tigers and Tigerettes during this track season.

Inclement weather conditions force the Groom Invitational Track Meet to end early. Wet conditions first had meet officials cancel the hurdle events. Then, following a coaches meeting, all events were called in the interest of safety. All field events did finish. Results can be found below by clicking the red link. Its not worth risking an injury, Superintendent Jay Lamb said of the decision to end early.
