Justin Cornell, Cartoonist and Weatherman
Senior Justin Cornell in Groom High School is a cartoonist and weatherman for the school's online newspaper. His most well-known comic is called "The Misadventures of Mike and Jack," which is about two roommates who are always getting themselves into trouble. Justin came to GHS when he was a freshman. He loves to draw and be creative and help his friends. Justin joined the journalism class during his sophomore year. One of Justin's cartoons earned recognition and an award from the UIL Interscholastic League Press Conference two years ago.
