Secretary Frances Payton congratulates fifth-grade math and high school ag teacher Jennifer Carter on her last day of chemotherapy. Grades K-12 filled the hallways this morning to congratulate and welcome Carter to school, following her last treatment visit. “Hip hip hooray, chemo ends today,” students and faculty chanted.
