Counselor Kaitlyn Moritz created a board in the hallway just outside Aimee Fields’ room. It features the 2017 Groom seniors. These seven seniors have all been accepted into the college of their choice and are preparing for graduation in May. “In my last school, we did something fun, we posted their senior pictures with little pennants for the school(s) they’d been accepted to,” Moritz said. “I thought I might do something similar here.” The board includes the following seniors: Caroline Briten – West Texas A&M University, Leslie Germany – WTAMU, Cody Kling – Amarillo College, Jeff Marshall – AC, Mason Miller – AC, Carson Ritter – Texas Tech University and Garet Rocha – South Plains College.
